Please read these Delivery Terms carefully before ordering products from this website. By ordering products from this website, you agree to be bound by these Delivery Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Delivery Terms, do not use or order products from this website.
When do these Delivery Terms Apply?
These Delivery Terms apply to all offers and agreements relating to the sale and delivery of products via this website by MuslimValley. When you order anything from this website (www.MuslimValley.com) or any web pages directly connected to this website, your agreement to the Delivery Terms during the order process constitutes your acceptance of the applicability of these Delivery Terms. It is only possible to deviate from these Delivery Terms if agreed in writing by MuslimValley.
MuslimValley Offers and Prices
The representations of products on this website are without obligation and do not bind MuslimValley. MuslimValley is likewise not bound by manifest clerical errors and mistakes in promotional descriptions and other statements referred to on this website. Minor color and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. MuslimValley is not liable for these variations and deviations. MuslimValley reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
MuslimValley charges shipping costs. These costs will, if applicable, be charged separately and specified and added up with the total amount of the order.
You can only order on this website if you are a consumer, not a reseller. You have to be at least 18 years of age or older to buy products via this website.
You warrant that the information you provide to MuslimValley in the request or order is accurate and complete. MuslimValley is never obliged to accept an order. MuslimValley is entitled at all times to verify an order in advance or to refuse an order without providing reasons. If MuslimValley does not confirm your order within seven business days, it is deemed to have been refused.
Delivery
MuslimValley will deliver to the address indicated by you via local logistic provider and other international logistic providers. MuslimValley can only deliver to a delivery address which is a home or office address. MuslimValley does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Deliveries will be done on business days only. Non-business days and public holidays deliveries may be possible but subjected to availability depending on your locations.
MuslimValley is entitled, insofar as reasonably possible, to make split deliveries so that you receive the ordered products as soon as possible. There are no additional costs associated with such split deliveries. However, in the event that you request that MuslimValley delivers the order in parts, MuslimValley may charge you for extra delivery costs. Each split order shall constitute a separate sales contract. If MuslimValley is late delivering a part or one split order is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other split order.
Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation. MuslimValley excludes any liability for any failure to meet delivery periods.
Options in Case of Delivery Problems
If MuslimValley discovers prior to entering into the sales contract that it can no longer deliver the ordered products, MuslimValley may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You are not obliged to accept the replacement product. You may return it, if you so wish, in accordance with the right of return outlined below.
If MuslimValley discovers after entering into the sales contract that MuslimValley can no longer deliver the ordered products, MuslimValley will be entitled to terminate the sales contract. MuslimValley will inform you and reimburse any payments made.
Prices and Payments
We put our best effort to provide you with full and correct details of goods, descriptions and prices, but errors may be found. If we found any error in prices of goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and let you make your own decision as to whether you confirm your purchase order at the correct price or cancel your purchase order.
If we cannot contact you within seven business days, your purchase order will be deemed cancelled. In such case, if you have made full payment for your purchase order, you will receive a refund in full. We are not bound to comply with your purchase order if prices shown on this website is incorrect (even though after your purchase order have been accepted).
Right to Purchase Goods
We reserve our rights to limit the quantity of certain items to be purchased by each customer as specified on our website.
If we found any purchase order exceeds the limit, we are entitled to cancel such purchase order without prior notice and you will receive a refund in full through your payment channel.
Methods of Payment
Please check this website for information on available payment methods. MuslimValley conducts an individual credit check for each purchase in conformity with this website’s Privacy Notice. Depending on the results of this check, MuslimValley reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment, cancel orders or terminate the sales contract.
Return Policy
Subject to the provisions of these Delivery Terms, you may return the products received without specifying any reasons within seven calendar days of receipt. The seven calendar days period commences on the day of receipt of the ordered products. The right to return product only applies if the products are unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within.
In the event of a valid return in accordance with these Delivery Terms, MuslimValley will reimburse the product price (shipping and handling costs are not refundable) received from you within fourteen days of receipt of the product or revocation of the sales contract. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account.
The above right of return applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights, including under any applicable consumer protection laws in Singapore.

Retention of Title
The delivered products will remain the property of MuslimValley until you have paid all amounts owing under any agreement to us in full, including the payment of costs, even of earlier or later deliveries or partial deliveries. You may not sell, dispose of or encumber products before ownership thereof has passed to you.
Maintenance of products
MuslimValley draws your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the products. MuslimValley is not liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect handling of products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services provided by MuslimValley are provided "as is", “as available”, and “with all faults” and expressly disclaims any and all Warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, any warranties of title, condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties, representations, conditions, and undertakings are hereby excluded; without limiting the foregoing, MuslimValley makes no representations or warranties that:
- the website or the services will meet the requirements or use of the website or the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
- the results that may be obtained from the use of the website, services or materials will be effective, accurate, complete, or reliable;
- the quality of the website, services or other materials will meet personal expectations; or that
the errors or defects of any type in the website, services or other materials will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MuslimValley or through or from use of the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions;
MuslimValley does not represent, warrant, or agrees that the manufacture, distribution, export, importation, offer, display, sale, purchase and/or use of the products or services offered or displayed on the sites does not violate any third party rights and does not make any representation or warranties of any kind concerning any product or services displayed on the site. No warranties or representations are made with regard to the services or products provided by the independent third parties. In no event shall MuslimValley be held liable for any such services or products;
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MuslimValley shall have no liability related to your content arising under intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity or other laws. MuslimValley also disclaims all liability with respect to the loss, misuse, modification or unavailability of any of your content MuslimValley shall not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a consequence of unauthorized use of account or account information in connection with the website or any services or materials, either with or without your knowledge. MuslimValley has endeavored, strived, and put effort to ensure that all the information on the website is correct, but neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, goods, product, display, or service;
MuslimValley shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the website or related functionalities, the provision of or failure to provide functionalities, or for any information, software, products, functionalities and related graphics obtained through the website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You hereby agree to indemnify and save MuslimValley, our affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities including legal costs on a full indemnity basis which may arise from your use of the sites or services including but not limited to the display of your information on the sites or from breach of any of the Terms and Conditions for this website;
You hereby further agrees to indemnify and save MuslimValley, our affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities including legal costs on a full indemnity basis which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party Rights claimants or other third parties relating to products offered or displayed on the sites. You hereby further agree that MuslimValley is not responsible and shall have no liability for any material posted by others including defamatory, offensive, or illicit material and that the risk of damages from such material completely rests with each user. In no event shall MuslimValley, its officers, directors, employees, partners or suppliers be liable to you, the vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to those resulting from the damages for loss of use, data, savings, profits or information, and business interruptions, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not MuslimValley has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty or negligence, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with use or the inability to use the sites or services, any defects in goods, samples, data, information or services purchased or obtained from you or any other third party through the sites; unauthorized access by third parties to data or private information of any user; statements or conduct of any user of the Sites; or; any matters relating to services however arising, including negligence;
